This illustrated cover for Little House on the Prairie draws inspiration from traditional American quilt patterns, reflecting the handmade culture and storytelling traditions of frontier life. The quilt-like composition visually pieces together scenes connected to home, family, and resilience from the first two little house novels. The illustration was created in Adobe Fresco, where textured brushes were used to mimic fabric and stitched surfaces. Final color adjustments and layout refinements were completed in Adobe Photoshop to prepare the piece as a finished book cover design.
